What is Office Hours?
Office Hours is a live, small-group space where I meet with a handful of people online to reflect on podcast themes, explore emotional stuck points, and offer real-time guidance.
You’ll hear other people’s stories, ask your own questions, and walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself—and the dynamics you’re caught in.
Who is it for?
It’s for anyone who’s been resonating with the podcast and wants a space to go deeper—whether you’re navigating a difficult relationship, recovering from narcissistic abuse, or just trying to understand your own internal world through a psychodynamic lens.
If you're curious, emotionally invested, or even just feeling stuck—this space is for you.
Is it private? Will I have to share?
You’re welcome to share, but it’s never required. Listening can be just as powerful. The group will be small, respectful, and guided to create emotional safety. You only speak when it feels right to you.
How many people will be there?
Each group will be intentionally small—anywhere from 1 to 10 participants—depending on interest and timing. The goal is to keep the space intimate enough for real conversation, reflection, and meaningful engagement.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. Office Hours is not a substitute for therapy or crisis support. It’s a reflective, supportive space for insight—not treatment. But it can help you feel less alone and more emotionally equipped to do your inner work.
How much does it cost?
Office Hours will cost between $85 and $100 per meeting, depending on how many sessions you sign up for. The more sessions you commit to, the lower the rate. It’s designed to be affordable while still offering the depth and structure of a high-quality experience.
How often will it happen?
The plan is to start with one or two sessions a month. If there’s strong interest, we’ll expand.
